Between Toulon and Hyères, this 3-hectare estate is an ideal seaside seminar venue. It offers 16 ensuite bedrooms, an infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna, as well as a padel court and direct access to the sea. Perfect for corporate retreats, themed stays, or private events, the estate can be expanded to host up to 75 guests by renting a neighboring property with 25 additional bedrooms. This remarkable villa is the perfect venue for both relaxation and corporate retreats by the Mediterranean.
