This exceptional property, which overlooks both the sea and Deauville, offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal location for a seaside corporate retreat. Dating back to the mid-19th century, with its charming brick and timber-frame design, the property was fully renovated in 2021 to provide comfort, modernity, and top-tier amenities. During the warmer months and for extended evenings with the sea as your backdrop, you can host your teams in the summer lounge and the 2-hectare park, perfect for team-building activities. With a heated pool, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness center, or simply a swim in the sea, there are plenty of ways to relax and have fun on-site. Additional entertainment options include a cinema room, ping-pong table, foosball, badminton set, pétanque balls, and paddleboards.
