Overlooking the majestic Mediterranean, the property spans 4,000m² of beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring pine trees, olive trees, and yuccas, as well as a breathtaking infinity pool with panoramic sea views. The property offers multiple terraces, each oriented to capture the sun throughout the day, providing an ideal setting for intimate, informal meetings in complete privacy. This expansive 600m² property includes spacious meeting rooms with stunning sea vistas, a professional-grade kitchen and 5 double bedrooms (5 beds + 2 additional beds), each with en-suite bathrooms. For larger groups, a charming hotel located just a few meters away can be rented to accommodate additional participants.
